We are looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about solving real-world problems using AI/ML, and who can build impactful use cases that power smarter cybersecurity operations.
The Opportunity:
As an AI Engineer at CyberMetis, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that help automate, predict, and analyze cybersecurity threats, compliance posture, and operational resilience. You will collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to turn data into strategic insights, models, and intelligent workflows.
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of AI use cases from concept to production — whether it’s threat prediction, risk scoring, document summarization, or natural language-based search for compliance frameworks.
You will:
- Identify and design AI/ML solutions tailored to GRC and cybersecurity challenges
- Build, fine-tune, and evaluate models using machine learning, NLP, and LLM frameworks
- Work closely with product owners to convert business problems into technical AI use cases
- Develop end-to-end pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring of ML models
- Integrate AI models into SaaS applications using APIs and containerized services
- Monitor model performance and retrain periodically using MLOps practices
- Stay current with advancements in AI, especially LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related STEM field
- 3+ years of experience building production-grade AI/ML applications
- Experience developing and deploying ML models (classification, clustering, NLP, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Hugging Face, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment practices
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and REST API development
- Comfortable working in an Agile development environment
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience building AI use cases for cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC domains
- Experience using Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or similar cloud AI platforms
- Exposure to LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Haystack
- Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of modern data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Understanding of security, privacy, and fairness in AI systems
